Ditto. In the healthcare industry, you want the ability to multi-select the type of health coverage a health plan offers: Commerical, Medicare, Medicaid, PBM, etc…Most health plans offer more than one line of business. Multi-select would allow for selected the diff. LOB per plan.

@All upvote this Idea to make it happen. absolute necessity!
Please!
This is urgent feature!!!
Yes! This is exactly what we need for our business. Our forms have tons of multiple select values and without this feature our forms look way to long and intimidating.
Very much hope, Hubspot will implement this soon. ![]()
For anyone still looking for an alternative here you can integrate Hubspot with Jotform which allows you to do this. The tool is super easy to use so definitely a great alternative. ![]()
This concept is fundamental to data integrity for many of my clients. It is preventing us from being able to accurately associate contacts with accounts. Having a searchable drop-down would allow us to solve this major issue.
Need this feature desparately!
We also need this feature
Would be very important to have a selection like this!
Yes please this is cruicial
Please add this feature!!
This is essential!! It’s a bit ridiculous that the only way to display 10+ property fields is to use checkboxes. For one, when you have a lot of property options, they need to collapse. Otherwise the form becomes a horribly long length. Second, why should checkboxes be the only thing you can select multiple of? Please also consider adding a search bar for drop-down menus. This has become standard across forms and HubSpot needs to jump on the wave ASAP.
Adding my support for this functionality. The inability to use a multi-select dropdown is causing our forms to look unprofessional. Users have to scroll through lines and lines of checkboxes in order to choose the repsonses that apply to them. Not a great first impression when a prospect enocunters one of these forms for the first time.
I have been following this thread since September hoping for a fix. Could we please get a reply from @hubspot support with a status update?

Funny thing is they basically have the functionality already built in hubdb (foreign key columns) that could be ported over as a form field type option
Adding a comment again to garner more attention from HubSpot developers. In order to use HubSpot for large scale projects, the form property types must be expansive and condusive to user experience. Drop-down menus (WITH search bars!!!) allow organizations to capture more information without making the form really long. It allows the form submitters to provide a more holistic answer within a form. Right now, HubSpot forms are the less professional option (as another commentor mentioned) because it doesn’t have the capabilities that have now become standard across industries.
