It’s very surprising that this feature isn’t there by default. I’m not sure who at Hubspot believes that lists of 10, 20, 30+ checkboxes are a professional look for their forms.
Please add this option.
Agree, the inability to do this in Forms has forced us to create more properties than we’d like to manage in HubSpot.
The Lead/Contact filling out the form also has to do more ‘work’ (fill out more individual data properties on the form) which can dissuade them from completing the form or, worse, leave them with the subconscious feeling that working for us or doing business with us is inefficient and laborious.
@hubspot - What is the issue you are facing to enable this feature? This is a basic feature and we need it asap.
Agreed. This has my vote! Lists can be long and it’s not a preferable experience to have the options take up so much vertical space. This could turn users off, causing us to lose potential leads.
We should definitely include this feature in the properties. It would be immensely beneficial. For instance, I need to incorporate lists of countries, but I’d like the capability to select multiple countries. Additionally, the ability to select countries by region would be incredibly useful.

This issue was reported in 2021. It is, in many people’s opinion, a definciency for data entry. Simply having a “multi checkbox” as the answer (which I have seen on other posts by HubSpot) is a little silly, especially if you the quantity of values is more than 10. Ie, having a list of States or Countries to multi-select from.
It would be great to have a multi-select drop down feature added ASAP please!
This would be a great feature for simplifying forms visually. I hope Hubspot adds this soon!

Should be made available as early as possible. It should’ve been thought of while developing forms. Pretty basic feature.
This ability to have a searchable form field for all multiple checkbox and drop down values would be a huge help to mutliple customers who have larger lista for a single form field // property.
