More Calculated Properties for Pro

On a pro licence we have access to 5 custom calculated properties - this is not enough!

An enterprise licence would give us 200 custom calculated properties - this is WAY too many!

Rather than forcing pro users to get creative with their workarounds, leading to endless effort and frustration, why not simply offer a few more custom calculated properties?

For pro users like ourselves we’re simply not large enough to warrent upgrading to an enterprise licence - it exceeds our needs, by far. Yet we are left restricted with the minimal offering of the pro licence that, frankly, doesn’t meet our needs!

I would even be ready to pay some money to get more calculated properties! It is ridiculous that the only way to get it is to pay the high price for enterprise account!

Absolutely agree! Pigeon holing customers is not a good idea, let your customers lead you, not you leading the customer.

100% agree. Forcing us to upgrade a whole package based on this one property is ridiculous.

These types of restrictions are making me re-think Hubspot as a whole

5 calculated fields is nowhere near enough nor what is expected for what we pay and forcing an upgrade to enterprise is laughable!

Agree as well. The step between Enterprise and Pro is huge, moneywise. And forcing clients for only the calculated properties to upgrade is indeed laughable.

It’s hard to position Hubspot as a comprehensive marketing automation solution with such restrictions - please get this fixed!

Yes, it would make more sense to have around 25 calculated properties for the Pro tiers (or at least 5 additional calculated properties for each hub, maybe +15 for Ops hub) and 100-200 for the Enterprise tiers.

Yes, have a package to buy more calculations!!!

Enterprise isn’t going to make sense for a small business but wants data that Hubspot can provide.

This kind of stuff starts leading you towards other CRMs that don’t do this.

Ideal would be 30 calculated properties in SeHP or--and/or SaHP

We definitely need more calculated properties for Pro. Or a package to buy more.

I note that :

  • if you have SaHP = 5 properties (even if you hace 7 seats…)
  • if you SeHp = same

But if you have SaH + SeHp , you still have a total of 5 ( instead of 10) !

Please Hubspot fix it.

New calcultaed properties are useless with 5 poors properties…

I have Marketing hub pro (comes with 5 calculated field limit) and Sales hub pro (also comes 5 calculated field limit).

Recently found out that you dont get 5 + 5 but rather a total limit of 5.

I found this quite misleading, and it is one of the reason i upgraded my marketing package.

So disappointing!!! Surely i am spending enough.

I wholly support the idea of allowing the 5+ 5 calculated fields (in my instance) or even allowing ad hoc purchasing of calculated fields.

Yeah - the low limit is very VERY frustrating! I just discovered the cap - no warning or help anywhere. Restricting my response toa polite ARGGGHH and a strong desire to go look at other CRM’s.

Big updated here! HubSpot updated the cap from 5 to 25 last week!
