modify import dates in the contacts

Good morning …when i import file with this format day,for example 12/1/2022 in crm see 01/12/22…you know how to massively change dates?

I had a similar problem and I found that in Firmao dont exist this issue

Hi @spino,

You can change the date format in the setttings (Account defaults > User defaults > Date and number format), see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/change-your-language-and-region-settings#customize-default-user-language-date-and-number-format

This will only affect how dates are displayed in HubSpot.

If you’re importing a file with a date property, use the Date format dropdown menu to confirm how the date values in your spreadsheet are actually formatted and read.

During the import process, there is an additional final step where HubSpot asks you to select the format of your date properties:

Can you please share:

• a screenshot of the date column in your spreadsheet
• a screenshot of the step during the import process where you are asked to select the date format (date format dropdown)
