Mobile-Responsive CTA in Email

Hello,

Anytime we send an email, the CTA shrinks on mobile. We’ve addressed the mobile-responsiveness for all other components. It’s just the CTA now. I’ve tried media queries, inline css, etc., but nothing seems to work. Anybody else have this issue?

Hi @ewong

You shouldn’t really need to use CTAs in emails as all links are automatically tagged and tracked.

Another solution might be to create responsive, HTML CTAs, which we have done in the past - this might not work in emails however as outside of HubSpot pages, CTAs are often shown as static images.

Thanks for the response. I ended up creating my own HTML CTAs as you mentioned. I was just hoping that HubSpot would have a better solution.
