I don’t understando how responsive works on new cta.
I’m creating a new popup, as u can look on the img.
I need to put this vertical img inside the new popup, but when I enable responsive layout, the crash is not really good.
Like in this img -->
The size of the popup on mobile is really big and fill the entire screen of the smartphone. The size of the popup is 700x370 but on mobile why the size is not resized?
Some suggestion to fix this issue?

There can two different issues according to the screenshot you have shared:
1. If you have created this popup by drag and drop method then you need to connet with the hubspot team for the solutions.
2. If you have created it by hard coding then you need to resize the mobile view image by css code.

Yeah I have created the popup by drag and drop method. How I can connect with hubspot team? It’s not possible manage the mobile view of the popup?
