Missing Standard NetSuite Invoice Body Fields

I’m in my hubspot sandbox tryign to test out an invoice sync from NetSuite to HubSpot using the HubsSpot Netuite marketplace app.

I can map many other fields, but cannot seem to see a few standard NetSuite body fields in the mapping:

* Terms (id = terms)

* Project (id = job)

I’ve tried to refresh the list, but that doesn’t help. Besides - these are standard fields and should be visible without refresh.

Thoughts?
Are there certain native NetSuite feilds that HubSpot cannot view? If so - where is that list?

Hi, I was reviewing and I’m not sure if you’re referring to this specific integration. In the Shared Data section, you can see the types of properties that can be mapped between the two systems. I also looked into the Default Field Mappings and Additional Fields Available with Custom Field Mappings for invoices, but I couldn’t find any of the ones you mentioned. I also checked all the types of shared data and didn’t come across the ones you’re referring to.

I hope this clarifies the information, but if you’re using a different integration, feel free to share the link with me. Alternatively, you can check the Shared Data section to see what kind of information will be transferred between the systems, which should give you a clearer idea.

Yes, that is the app we are using.

I’ve read through all of the documentation and I’m not finding an explicit list of the fields it SHOULD be able to reach.
