I have all my deal details dissapeared less than a week ago.
If I click on a deal then on the left side I had deal properties like contact person, email, phone etc. For the last couple of days they have dissapeare. I had very important information saved there and I could not get it back. I tried with a diffrent browser, incognito mode, cleared all the cookies. I checked to restore the deals information, but I didn’t have anyting to recover because I have not deleted anything.
Has anyone had the same issue or know how to get the information back? Customer support couldnt help and my last option seems to be this.

The left deal sidebar is typically not the place where contact details are saved. Are you sure that you were adding this to the deal and not, for example, an associated contact record?
Could you share a screenshot of where exactly you’re looking for this information? (A screenshot of a record where the fields are blank is fine. I just need to make sure we’re referring to the same thing.)
Have you checked the property history of the empty fields? View a record's property history

is it that the information stored in the properties was deleted
or that you no longer see the properties/information in the left side bar?
If the last one is your case, dont worry, nothing is missing, because left/right/center columns are just views
of the information recorded in the CRM.
Here is an article on how to customize records (left column included)
and get to see that properties again.

If the property values are missing, then check the property history who have made the changes. Open a deal record, click on the Actions dropdown and select View Property History.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to view deal properties.
If you don’t see the properties on the left hand side, check: Deal Properties Settings > Click on Record Customization and ensure that the necessary properties are selected to be displayed on the deal records.
