I am missing a bunch of content in my notes for many of my clients, some I am missing years of data others only like a year and some is currect and ok , can I get help on where is my data and how and why this happened PLEASE

Just to rule out the obvious, are you looking at an unfiltered record timeline? Filter activity index pages and record timelines
