Missing "Add to Upwork" button in Inbound Certification

Hi HubSpot Academy Support,

I’m Bilal Masood. My Inbound Certification has no “Add to Upwork” button on the certification page.

Upwork requires clicking that button for official verification, but it’s missing. Can you please tell me:

  1. Why is the button not showing?
  2. How to get this certification verified on Upwork now?

Welcome to the Community!

Currently, the direct integration between Upwork and HubSpot Academy is unavailable. Our team is working on the necessary updates to make this feature available again, but for now there isn’t a direct button available like you’ve described. We intend to support this option in the future, though a public timeline is not yet available.

For now the best option would be to download the certificate manually like seen in this thread here:
