Hi! We’re currently using Keap and would like to migrate to Hubspot. Is it possible to migrate deals, notes of all the contacts from Keap? We are currently using Keap to view and update records. Thanks!
Hi @JMariano
There are varierty of ways you can migrate contacts and deals from Keap to HubSpot. Manual export and import is usually one, but I’d recommend having a look at Trujay - I’ve trusted them with numerous CRM mirgations and always had great results: Powerful CRM Migration Solutions | Secure Data Transfer | MigrateCRM
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the shoutout @Phil_Vallender !
Just to reduce confusion, Trujay has rebranded as SyncMatters, and our migration product is now called MigrateMyCRM. Same awesome product as before ![]()
Hi @JMariano,
Yes, that’s definitely possible!
I have done several data migrations to HubSpot and these are the main steps:
1) Export deals, contacts, companies & notes from Keap
2) Import companies in HubSpot,
3) Import contacts in HubSpot (with associations to companies)
4) Import deals in HubSpot (with associations to contacts & companies)
5) Import notes in HubSpot (with associations to contacts, companies, deals)
More information on data imports in HubSpot can be found here.
I always create a “Old CRM URL” as a unique custom property for companies, contacts & deals.
This allows to import the associations between the objects of the old CRM and let’s users easily move back to the legacy CRM in the first weeks.
Hope this helps & good luck!
