Why is it currently not possible to send notifications for sync errors with Microsoft Dynamics 365? I understand that this feature is available only for Salesforce integration. Why is it not available for Dynamics integration as well? Do you have any suggestions or solutions to work around this issue until notification sync errors for Dynamics are supported?
Hello, might suggest you some workarounds, sure at least one will help. The general idea is to check your Dynamics 365 sync logs often for errors. This gives you a clear view of any problems so you can fix them quickly.
You can use Power Automate to set up custom workflows. These can send you an email when specific sync errors pop up. For example, if there’s an error with a certain object or if you hit API limits, you’ll get an alert right away. Dynamics has built-in tools to set up notifications too. You can make a workflow that tells you when there’s a sync error or when a limit is reached.
There are also tools like KingswaySoft or Scribe Online. They can track the sync process between Dynamics 365 and other platforms. These tools provide better tracking and alert you when errors happen. If you have developers, you can create custom scripts to check the sync logs using the Dynamics API or you can always hire dynamics developers to help you. These scripts can then send an email or other alerts when errors are found.
But the simplest way is to regularly check your sync settings. Make sure field mappings, API limits, and access permissions are correct. This can help prevent issues before they arise.
