When sending Meta Events, Hubspot is not including the Lead ID with the event data sharing. According the Meta, the Lead ID is the “gold standard” for matching contacts with Meta ads. As a result, Meta is only able to match around 50% of the contact events it receives, which results in poor ad optimization in Meta. Facebook provides a Lead ID with every Meta lead form (I see it in zapier), but Hubspot is not including this information in the lead syncing tab either. I can push the Lead ID into Hubspot via Zapier, but I’m still going to have an issue sending the events into Meta with Hubspot’s event limitation via lifecycle stage changes. Could you please include the Lead ID when sending events so we can properly match the contacts to the Meta ads? See screenshots.
