Yes, you can track meeting times in HubSpot using the Meetings tool. When you schedule a meeting through HubSpot, it automatically records the start and end times of the meeting. If you integrate your calendar (such as Google Calendar or Outlook) with HubSpot, all meeting details, including time spent, will be synced and available in HubSpot.

Hi Pam! Thank you so much for the quick response! I am sorry, I wasn’t very clear in my question. So I do know that on Meetings it does show meeting duration, however I have yet to find a way to be able to run a report so it shows total time spent in a certain type of meeting. For example, I would love to be able to see how much time are we spending training customers on our software. I haven’t been able to figure out how to create that report. Thanks Pam!
Hey @Kjones11 you can create custom reports using the filtered meeting data. By selecting the appropriate filters and metrics, you can generate reports that provide insights into the total time spent in different types of meetings.

Hello! I am very interested in this topic, I am not seeing any way to put the duration of a meeting in a report, I see only start date and end date - not hour, but I would like to add the duration with the calculate time.

Hi @Pams – that just simply does not seem to be the case. There is no obvious way to pull the meeting time spend into a report.
