Meeting Scheduler with differing availability

I have 1 rep that needs 2 booking links

  • I need to have 1 that is only for 2 specific dates
  • I need another one to be any weekday over the next 2 weeks, EXCEPT those 2 specific dates

Any ideas on how I can do this?

Hi @AGreen284,

Unless the two days are at the very beginning or end of those two weeks, I don’t think this can be done with the meeting scheduler. There is currently no option to specify custom date ranges (plural). (There is an option to specify one range (e.g. before the first specific date) but no option to specify ranges between the specific dates or after.)

Blocking time on the calendar itself is not an option either as this would make the times unavailable in both meeting links.

I don’t think HubSpot can solve for what you’re trying to do.

For this, you would have to look into third-party integrations, Calendly might have this feature.

Best regards!

Thanks! I actually figured this out but I couldn’t do it strictly with Hubspot’s native scheduling tool. I had to do two things:
1. Create a calendly link and modify the event to only include the dates and times I wanted and nothing else - so I had to remove the availibility and then select specifid dates and times. I then had to create blocks on the google calendar (I used a unique name for those blocks so they are easy to identify) and then go to the host in the event in calendly and choose ‘allow to book over specific meeting names’ which is where I put the meeting name of the blocks that I had added to the google calendar
2. Use a regular hubspot meeting link and good to go - because I had those blocks on the calendar, they don’t show up as available!

Hey Karsten,

do you know if there is still no solution for this.

I have a similar case with exceptions based on specific dates.

1. Meeting link created for trade fair for one specific date.

2. All other meeting links should not work for the date.

I cannot block my calender scince i am avaiable for link 1.

I don´t have to calenders wo work with.

Thank you!

Best Regards

Natsh
