For my default meeting I have set the Duration options to be 15,30,45 mins.
Unfortunately, I experience to many bookings of 15 mins by mistake - where the intention was to book longer time. But with the first option chosen as default they simply overlook that they need to choose a duration.
This could be easily fixed by not having the first time set as the default time, forcing the prospect to select one.
Right now, we need to carefully screen every booking for these mistakes.
You can simply change the order of the times in Scheduling → Schedule → Duration Options.
The meeting link will then display the options in the order they are listed in the settings.
From my own experience of using the meetings options for years, I can tell you people don’t look at the options. So my suggestion is to a) offer less options or b) have specific meeting links for specific meeting types and durations, i.e. quick check-in meeting 15min, scoping call 45min, etc.
