Hi,

I woudl like to add on marketing consent checkbox into our website’s contact us page. In the phrase, I am trying to add a link to the work “opt-out” that will go to the marketing preference page. We are currently using email marketing and I hope the marketing preference page looks like the one that shows in the email. Is there any specific link that exists or specific from that I can easily add?

Hi @kimj50,

The pages to manage preferences / opt out can only be accessed via marketing email. The link for the pages is generated specifically for each recipients which is why there is no general link that works for all.

If you do want to capture an opt-out, you would have to build your own process, for example link to a custom form for opting out. When submitted, you could notify someone internally who opts out that contact.
