Hello, I’m using a form external to HubSpot. I managed to map all fields from my form to properties included in HubSpot without one.
I added a subscription type named newsletter. On my form, I have a field of type input type checkbox, but I don’t have any of the name or label property…
I created a test form, a form created using HubSpot. This test form works. However, when I use the same name property : “LEGAL_CONSENT.subscription_type_154564177” in my real form (the external form), it doesn’t work…
Do you have any leads? A solution ? Thanks :).

I did not really get the last paragraph but did you try creating a custom property and mapping your checkbox input to that property, then using that property to manage subscriptions for the newsletter?

I created a custom property (newsletterConsent). HubSpot manages to read the value of this field (checked vs not checked). However, I don’t know how to use this property to manage newsletter subscriptions… This has been my problem since I started my research…
