Manually populating conversion data

I am trying to manually populate the ‘Recent Conversion’ and ‘Recent Conversion Date’ fields for some conversions that aren’t the typical hubspot-native kinds (chatflow demo requests, conversions from integrated apps, lead imports). Is there any way to do this through manipulating the fields (as they are hubspot defaults and cannot be edited)?

Not via the user interface in the web app, no. You would have to work with the HubSpot API to set your desired values: Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot

Alternatively, some HubSpot customers use a custom property which they call ‘Recent conversion (external)’ or similar and populate it via workflow or bulk edit.
