It would be great if Invoice Status could be changed manually. The invoice tool is great, but it’s dependency on an online payment method makes the tool almost unusable.
We’d love to move our operation from an outside invoice app to hubspot, but since most of our clients pay with checks (We’re a B2B Business with a monthly subscription), we can’t use it since all of our invoices count as “Open”
We had to create a custom property and use it instead of the native one, but it’s so weird that if not for that, the entire tool would be unusable. I can’t believe it’s been years and there’s still now way to manually edit the Invoice Status.
