Managing multiple projects & external partners access

I am requested, by the management, to setup our CRM so that we can handle multiple projects with multiple external partners.
We have already set up 1 external project and are struggling to secure our own data so that the external partners do not have too much access to it (like activities on a contact card).
Currently, the request is to continue on this path and to add the data of another project that will need to be somehow differentiated (we are using the owner to help structure the data) and allow external partners to have access to their own data.

Could you please, confirm that Hubspot is not intended for this and that I will never be able to structure a clear set of data per project, knowing that some companies and contacts will be part of multiple projects. Obviously, we are considering moving to the Enterprise version of the system (after only 6 months of development and learning in the Pro environment) but are not even sure this would work.

Any comment, guidance, advise or confirmation that could be possible would really help.

If you’re looking to collaborate on mutual action plans with external partners (integrated with HubSpot), Introw is a great fit for this (listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace).

f you want to use tasks at scale with partners, you can use our task templates and re-use them. Use cases are: onboarding, project collaboration, deal collaboration,…

This will also automatically send updates to partners if tasks are overdue.
