Anyone else frustrated with the lack of customizability there is for the subscription pages? I have basic coding knowledge at best, so I would love to be able to edit the Subscription Preferences Pages (image below) using drag and drop instead of design manager and allow for customizable fields without the need of a developer.
I’m not fond of the editing capabilities in design manager - everything is very glitchy. So, editing these pages through here wastes a lot of my time just trying to figure out how to do something that should be simple.
Would also love to be able to add some custom fields to the subscription types (image below). A simple “Why have you chosen to unsubscribe?” box would be so valuable to my team. Collecting data from users by gathering insights from those who choose to unsubscribe is invaluable information!
