1. Have conversation properties editable in Hubspot workflows, so that you can create workflows for conversations
2. Make it possible to create a conversations inbox that can connect a few emails, but be able to only have emails associated with specific contact properties go through the inbox
Having conversation properties read only is a real pain - I’d really like to edit properties like conversation owner and inbox!
It is really a pain and is counterproductive. Is there any plan on making this available. I’m in trial to migrate to Hubspot all my CS teams and it is kind of a deal breaker for me. Lot of wasted time because of restrictions like this…
This is a big pain point, especially for when you want to do any routing more complex than “contact owner” or “a team.”
I agree, I want to tag my conversations with reference to which webpage they originated from. Being able to add a custom property fed by a workflow would be perfect
