MailChimp Integration on Regular Forms

Dear community,

My question is whether it is possible to integrate Mailchimp into a regular form.

On our homepage, we have a newsletter subscription form and we want data of the visitors to be sent to Mailchimp as well.

If you added a similar feature on your website or if you have a solution that is unbeknownst to me I would appreciate your help. This is how the form looks like and wondering if the signup link would send the information to Mailchimp as well. (MailChimp integration is done but this particular form is not connected.)

Hi @Melike_Beckmann,

Automatically syncing HubSpot CRM contacts is a key feature of the Mailchimp integration, however it’s limited to pop-up forms and non-HubSpot forms. (Why that is eludes me.)

Luckily, there is another way. Using Zapier, you can add new HubSpot contacts to Mailchimp lists. This knowledgebase article gives a good overview of what Zapier is and how it works. Make sure to check whether using Zapier to process personal data is compliant where you’re doing business.
