I sent an email campaign through Mailchimp linking to a Hubspot form. I want to create a segment showing the clicks to the form but did not complete the form. I currently can’t see a way how to do this, see attached.

Good question! It would be really helpful to have a way to track Mailchimp clicks that don’t lead to form submissions in HubSpot.
You can build an active list in HubSpot by filtering for contacts who have clicked the specific Mailchimp link but have not submitted that specific HubSpot form.
I want to track Mailchimp clicks not from a Hubspot form. Is this possible?

How are you syncing Mailchimp engagement to HubSpot. If you’re using Outfunnel’s HubSpot-Mailchimp integration (disclaimer: I work there) then Mailchimp clicks get recorded with link details, see below.
You can then build a List/Segment where Mailchimp click Details include the form link and where the number of form submissions is zero.
Unless I’m missing something, this should help you target people that clicked on the form link from a Mailchimp email but didn’t complete the HubSpot form.

Your suggestion is a good path, with one small clarification from our side: the specific “click details + segment on people who clicked a given link but didn’t submit the form” approach relies on using Outfunnel’s HubSpot–Mailchimp integration, which records Mailchimp link‑level clicks into HubSpot. With HubSpot’s native Mailchimp integration you can still see Mailchimp activity on contact timelines, but you may not get the same URL‑level click detail or segmentation flexibility unless you’re using a third‑party tool like Outfunnel.
