Since the last update of chrome it seems that none of my e-mail are opened.
I made a few test with my friend and when he opened the mail, nothing change it’s still non-opened,
Any ideas ?

Hi @Aymi,
Are these emails you are sending from Gmail and they are not tracking or logging? Do you have the gmail extension? I would recommend ensuring that the extension is set up and running.
Additionally, are the tests showing as opened on the contact record, or are there no indicators that the email was opened (either through a notification or information on the contact record)?
The more information, screenshots and examples you can provide, the better the Community can assist!

Yes I didn’t change anything to my old settings, I use the gmail extension well. I sent the test email and it shows that it is open. But when I send it to contacts or friends, the tracker doesn’t work anymore. And I know they opened it because I got answers.
On the other hand I receive notifications of old emails that are open, but all those sent for a week, nothing.
I tried to uninstall the extension and put it back in, but nothing has changed.

1. A screenshot of the email you are sending with the track and log boxes checked off
2. A link to the contact record
3. The email header for the sent email
4. The email header for the repsonse email
