Looping emails not working

When I type an email in Gmail with my Hubspot add on enabled, and use the + or @ function to loop in a colleague, Gmail will add them to the to/cc field, but when I hit send, they get dropped off

Tested this lots with different Hubspot accounts and different browsers. Always fails in the same way.

Tested without Hubspot add ons in Chrome and it works.

So clearly Hubspot is doing something to that interaction to stop it from working.

Hi @Vinit-Aikido I did a quick test in Gmail using Chrome, with the HubSpot extension, and didn’t have any issue CC’ing a teammate. The email didn’t log to their record in HubSpot due to our never log rules, but they did receive the email.

When you’re adding the additional contacts, are you able to see their address fully visible in the CC section before you send? or is it disappearing within Gmail?
