Hello everyone, everytime if i will login in my hubspot account, i get a code at my mail for the login, how can i deactivate this.
Please help me!
Hi @WTrading,
That depends on your subscription, see here: Set up two-factor authentication for your HubSpot login
Two-factor authentication is required for all HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise accounts. For HubSpot free tools accounts, if you want to ensure all users log in using two-factor authentication, you must be a super admin or have permission to edit account defaults. If you have those permissions, you can update your settings to require all team members in your HubSpot account to use two-factor authentication.
Best regards
hello, its not the 2 factor auth. its normal login code, i got at my mail
@WTrading the login code is a form of 2FA, unless I’m mistaken, the same rules as described in my previous reply apply.
thanks, but can you deactivate it for me please, it didn’t work
@WTrading I don’t know – you haven’t shared yet which subscription you’re on? When you say “it didn’t work”, what exactly didn’t work?
Hi there @WTrading! Thanks for your post. Two-factor authentication is required for all HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise accounts. So, if you are using the free tools you can follow this guide to disable 2-step log in. Otherwise, you cannot disable this.
