Logging Activity

1. When Logging an Activity, Call, Email, Meeting etc. The Meeting Outcome should default to Completed. Editing afterwards is allowable for any changes / updates.
2. When editing the Logged Activity, the ability to add a photo is disabled, should be enabled.
