For my business, I get a lot of forwarded email leads through an agency that I use. My problem is that when I receive a forwarded email, it automatically logs it to the emailaddress that forwarded the email and not the original email address.
With the sales extension, is it possible to link the forwarded email to the original sending email address?

Yes, when you use the sales extensions, you can use the ‘Log email to HubSpot’ feature and specify which records it should be logged to: Log your sent and received emails to the CRM

I have tried it but the problem is the that the forwarders emailadress is already a contact in my contact list so when I want to link the email to a contact, the ‘create new contact’ option doesn’t show, only the already existing contact of my forwarders emailaddress
@SepFG in that case you would have to first create the record before you can associate the email.
If that’s not an option, you could consider inviting the agency into your HubSpot portal with limited permissions and have them forward the emails into the CRM directly.
