Our team has found that if you lose internet while in MS Outlook and logged into the hubspot integration, you get logged out without getting notified. It’s then easy to continue emailing without realizing that logging isn’t happening. There should be some kind of pop up that flags users when the hubspot integration has been logged out.

Our sales team was just commenting on how many time they find their sales for outlook is not syncing. It’s such a great feature, but creates a lot of frustration among adoption of HubSpot use.
