I am having an issue syncing our live chat to our new website. We had closed down our old website and moved the Domain from Squarespace to GoDaddy and our live chat is not appearing on our new GoDaddy website. Any ideas or suggestions on why this is happening or how to fix it?

Can you follow the suggested steps and report back if none of these are successful?
