Hi,
I am trying to build an active lists with all contacts that are connected to companies in deals that are became client.

I can only select pipeline, which seems all contact in the pipeline are connected in the list.

It should be an automated flow where only all contact, companies and deals are included this ‘list’. I want to use this list for mailings.

Hi @FutureFulfilmen,

If you want contacts associated to companies associated to won deals, then you would do the following:

  1. Create a company based list and filter for companies associated to deals where “Deal stage is any of [your closed won deal stage]”
  2. Create a list of contacts associated to companies who are the list from step 1

If your contacts are associated to the deal directly, it’s easier. Simply create a contact-based list and filter for contacts associated to deals where “Deal stage is any of [your closed won deal stage]”.

Hi @FutureFulfilmen,

I might be misunderstanding here, but you can create a Contact list with the following filters:

Contact is associated to Any Company and associated Company has number of associated Contacts greater than or equal to 1.

AND.

Contact is associated to Any Deal and associated Deal has all of Deal Stage is any of X (X=whatever stage you are using to determine a client).
