Hi guys, I’m trying to create a list that only features people that I haven’t emailed or contacted. The purpose is to streamline my workflow so that I can just add a load of contacts in a day then mass email them with an introductory sales email rather than emailing everyone individually. I tried the below filters as suggested by the helpdesk but they aren’t working. Can someone please help me figure this out?
It’s actually telling what the respective values are, they are not 0 but are unknown, so of you adjust the filters accordingly that should get you the right contacts.

+1 to what @franksteiner79 said! If you adjust the other fields to = unknown, it should behave as 0 (aka no value).
