How can we specifically know the contacts who have clicked on the linkedin ad but did not fill the respective form?

Hi @aakritimittall - it is not possible to see who exactly clicked on an ad. However you can at least use the LinkedIn Ad Campaign Manager to get some details of the kinds of people clicking on your ad. This can be useful to help refine your audience (e.g. if the wrong types of people are clicking you could consider adding these as audience exclusions).
If you go to Campaogn and then look for Click Demographics you can get insights into the following information about those who clicked your ad:
Job function
Company industry
Job seniority
Job title
Location
Company size
