I’m wondering what is the best practices to grant an access to a user without showing personal information in hubspot? e.g. is it possible to show contact,company and deal name as numerical number?

Could you give an example and elaborate a bit more? What exactly would a user gain by not seeing the record but an identifier?
Generally, no, HubSpot does not have any features which would show but “anonymize” a record. A user can either view a record or they can’t.
The only exception would be the new sensitive data features for new properties: Store Sensitive Data in HubSpot
If you explain in a bit more detail what it is you’re trying to achieve, maybe I can help find a workaround.

Thank you @karstenkoehler . Our case is a little bit different. This user shouldn’t see personal information of the contacts such as email, first name, business phone etc. but understanding contacts (number of contacts to connected the deal) and deals in the pipeline to guide the team.
Therefore we were wondering if we can limit the access to seeing only Company Name and Deal Size but no other data point in hubspot.

@06401 there’s a deal property for that:
Number of associated contacts: the number of contacts associated with this deal. This is updated automatically by HubSpot.
No need for contact view access 
HubSpot does not allow you to restrict view access to some key default properties, specifically for contacts, compnaies and deals.
This means you cannot mask or replace the contact, company, or deal name fields with numerical numbers or anonymized values these are always visible to all users who have access to those record types
