I’d suggest the steps outlined here first — Leadin Wordpress plugin installation issue. Essentially, to access your site via FTP and fully remove the plugin before reinstalling it. It will be difficult for the community to help here, as it is impossible to know if any of your other plugins or customizations are causing an unexpected conflict.
You might consider spinning up another WordPress site to test with, installing your theme and the HubSpot plugin first, and then adding in other plugins to see if you can spot the offending item causing the issue.
