We can’t upgrade beyond starter yet, so is there a way to manage my leads like the Trello/Board format - so I can move then through from cold to not interested, or into our deal pipeline? Thanks

If you’re referring to the lead object specifically, then no. If you would like a board view for contacts, then yes. Simply use this option in the top right corner of the contact index page (Menu > CRM > Contacts).
