Lead Measuring

Hello all,

I and the organization I work for are very new to HubSpot and trying to expand on the current tools we use now.

One thing that we identified as a priority is something we call a lead measure. This will allow management to identify progress being made by the sales team.

Things we have identified to be prioritized for Lead Measures:

- Activity (Logins, etc)

- Tasks created for the team

- Calls made

- Notes made

- Logged Emails

- Number of deals added

- Dollar amount in deals added

- Number of contacts added

- Deals won

- Meetings scheduled (future meetings)

- Pipeline vs quota

Hi @NBonomo,

For a lot of the items on your list, there are standard reports in HubSpot report library. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library. For example (search for the string after the arrow):

Calls made → Calls placed totals by rep

Number of contacts added → Contact created totals by day

Deals won → Deal stage funnel with deal totals and conversion rates

Pipeline vs quota → Deals created totals vs. goal

Number of deals added → Deals created totals vs. goal

Logged emails → Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown

Dollar amound in deals added → Deal leaderboard - amount closed by rep

Notes, tasks and future meetings would have to be visualized in custom activity reports: Create custom reports

User login information is not avaible in reports but can be exported: View and export account activity history

Let me know how far you get with this information, happy to help!

I don’t see chatbot mentioned in the bullet list. How can I see how many people engaged with chat, then subsequently became a lead (or entered any particular deal pipeline stage, like MQL?
I’m familiar with the “chat completion” step, but that’s just noting a handoff, no idea what happened to them after that, from the chat details screen.
