Hi HubSpot Academy Support Team,
I am having trouble receiving my certificate for the Lead Management course. I have completed all the modules and knowledge checks, but I have one practical exercise left. Even though it shows a skip option, the system is still not granting me the certificate.
Could you please let me know if skipped practical exercises prevent the certificate from unlocking or if there is something else I need to do? I have attached screenshots of my course progress for reference.

I took a look, and this course “Lead Management With HubSpot” is a training course rather than a certification course, which means it doesn’t award a certificate upon completion.
I also noticed that the practical exercise requires Marketing Hub Professional or above. You can either use a 14 day free trial or you’re welcome to skip that exercise and carry on with the course content.
Which action did you take to have the “page is nowhere to be found” error, please?
If you’re looking to earn a HubSpot certificate, I’d recommend exploring the courses specifically labeled as certification courses in HubSpot Academy. Just keep in mind that some certification courses include required practical exercises, which need to be completed to earn the certification.
