Lead data not visible

I created a lead using API //crm/objects/2026-03/leads) I’m having a problems locating created lead item. I’m assuming that lead should be under Sales → Sales Workspace but I don’t see any lead -tabs etc?

I have an impression that data should be visible with Sales Hub Enterprise? I’ve currently Sales Hub Enterprise “87 days left in trial”.

Hi @DumDumXXX,

Do you have an assigned Sales Hub seat? Assign and manage seats

You should also be able to access leads in the menu unter Menu > CRM > Leads, alternatively.

@DumDumXXX have you checked in the menu unter Menu > CRM > Leads?

Sure I have checked. There isn’t any Lead -menu item.

@DumDumXXX in that case I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support in-app via chat or email - by clicking the ? mark in the top menu.

I first tried to ask using chat. They have only one answer if you are not buying anything → Forum. Their chat is pretty useless / waste of time.

@DumDumXXX have you turned on the Lead object feature in your HubSpot settings? Settings - Objects - Leads?

Object was not actived :+1: Activation + logging out from the system worked. Now leads -section is visible / I found what I was looking for. Thanks @tverdokhlib1 @karstenkoehler for guiding me to the right direction :heart:
