Hi,

I want to setup an automation to create the leads for the contacts by automation. Say if new contact is created despite of life cycle stage I want lead to be created so that sales reps can do the qualification process.

Additionally, most of the times our existing contacts database re-engage through the ads so for those contacts leads has to be created. Is there anyway to do so. Or should I have to the lead qualification process on contact level in HubSpot?

Yes, you can use the “create record” function in workflows to create a lead when a contact is created, like this:
