It would be great if we could have the ability to route assignment based on percentages or some other criteria.
Example: you have a sales manager who also sales, but needs to not work as many leads as the AE or SDR.
- when setting up the lead routing action, you could select from “team” and it would list out the members on that team, and next to them could be the criteria options where I could give the sales manager 10%, and then evenly distributed the remaining among the rest of the team.
