I’m trying to create reports using ‘last activity date’
One report I want to show all Deals with no activity in the last 30 days. The report will then show Deal Name, Deal Stage, & Last Activity Date. My issue is that the report is showing multiple last activity dates (how is that possible?). Any ideas for how to rectify this? Pic below

Can you share a screenshot of the data sources in your report? (top left)
It looks like you may have created a custom report with multiple sources (deal and contacts or deal and companies) and you pulled the ‘Last activity date’ not from the deal object but the contact or company, likely the contact.
Since there can be multiple contacts associated with a deal, this would explain why you see multiple dates.
You can fix this by removing ‘Last activity date’, and when re-adding, paying attention that you’re adding the deal ‘Last activity date’, not the contact ‘Last activity date’. Alternatively, remove the contact source from your report if you don’t need it.
