I cant find landing page item under the marketing on hubspot menu. it just show me the form , social , ADS , emails and SEO

Most likely your user permissions are preventing you from access landing pages. User permissions are usually managed by a super-admin (probably the person who created and/or invited you to your HubSpot portal). You need to reach out to this person and ask them to grant you access to landing pages: HubSpot user permissions guide
