My problem pertains to a post event landing page I am creating rather urgently. I don’t have a HubSpot webpage so initially it had a URL proceeding like this -
and now I’m not sure what I’ve done but it is now a much cleaner with my website URL - mywebsite.com .
However it doesn’t work due to not being verified but the DNS instructions look off and I don’t want to jeopardise the rest on my site to accommodate this landing page. However now I no longer have any way to change it back.
Hey @Kellina this is down to your DNS provider’s settings. You’ll need to go into your DNS provider (where you control your domain from) and point them to the correct addresses outlined in your HubSpot domain manager, at the moment you are not pointing your domain to HubSpot so HubSpot cannot publish any content on it.
If you have a website already and you are trying to just host landing pages on hubspot, you should not be pointing your primary domain A record to hubspot. Instead, you should be setting up a subdomain ie: info.yourdomain.com and point that record to hubspot to host landing pages.
