One of our sales reps was asking how quickly do the activity reports get updated in Hubspot Sales? Is it instant or is there a lag time?

Thank you for reaching out.
Other than analytics data, all data types in reports in HubSpot should update close to instantaneously. For analytics data, it updates every 20 minutes. (except for email statistics and social media interactions). You have more information on that here.

It updated rapidly but sometime it also takes time in my experience,
