I have a client who needs to trigger one email after a non-Hubspot form submission. Can an API configuration populate the Hubspot version of the form and trigger a kickback email in a STARTER account?

This isn’t possible with full HubSpot forms in the Marketing Hub Starter subscription. As outlined in this article, kickback emails can only be sent from native forms on HubSpot-hosted landing pages or via workflows.
Lead flow follow-up emails are an option for Starter customers, however.
