Hi there,
I’m new to hubspot and have been trying to explore the free plan; however, my account is having trouble getting verified. Can someone asssit me, please!
See image below:
Hi @MRivas7,
Thank you for reaching out!
I wanted to refer you to this help document on suspended accounts.
It looks like this account failed our Account verification process. Our Trust & Safety team manually reviews each submission and makes a decision based on the answers given in the form you submitted and the information that is available to us about your business and domain.
HubSpot’s system checks for publicly verifiable information about each account, such as an established web or social media presence. If any of this information looks questionable or can’t be verified some tools in the account may be suspended for review. After a final decision is made on the account, any impacted tools will remain locked as a necessary security precaution.
Since this is a free account, there is no remediation. Thank you for understanding.
Thank you,
Kristen
Hey, now my account is showing a banner that says:
"Some features will stay blocked We weren’t able to verify your information. Unfortunately, we can’t give you full access to the HubSpot platform. This is a final decision that can’t be appealed. Learn more about account verification"
What do you recommend we do? We literally only just opened our account & immediately got blocked. I don’t understand why. I have spoken to several people from sales to people on the help boxes and it seems that this would be tech support; however that isn’t available to users in the free account.
Let me know if you suggest we open a new account with a new email or buy a package (not too crazy about the second option… the whole point of getting a free version is to test it out and we haven’t been able to do anything.
Hi @MRivas7,
Thanks for providing this update!
So, regardless of the subscription, this account would have failed the verification based on our processes.
However, a paid subscription would have access to further support to try and remediate the situation, if applicable.
Hope this helps clarify!
Best,
Kristen
