Hi,
I have seen a few posts regarding this same issue but they are from a year or more ago so starting a new one. I have added my Inbound Marketing certification to Upwork and it’s showing pending verification from HubSpot. Upwork’s steps they’ve provided for me to complete are not available options on the site. Can someone please help with how to get the certificate verified by HubSpot so it is active on my Upwork profile?

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community board! I’m happy to help out with this.
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the bandwidth to support the amount of requests we’re getting for these Upwork verifications and are trying to evaluate the integration we have with them as a whole due to the friction it’s causing on both sides.You are welcome to manually add your certifications onto Upwork but we are not currently approving any Academy certifications -- the decision to resume to manually verify on our end will come after we complete our evaluation of the program.
